Government coalition partner UCPN (Maoist)’s Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the government would change immediately after the conclusion of General Convention of Nepali Congress. However, he did not disclose about the leadership. Dahal who came here in Bhakundebesi for cadres training programme vented his dissatisfaction with the works of current government. He said that the party has given two months ultimatum to the ministers for failing to carry work as per people’s aspirations. “I have challenged ministers to get ready for consequences if they fail to show remarkable progress in two months,” said Dahal. Former Prime Minister Dahal has been publicly criticising KP Oli-led government and saying that Oli’s India visit has not been able to show up noteworthy achievement. Leader Dahal claimed that his party will challenge CPN-UML for equal number of seats in the upcoming election.

According to a source privy to the development, leader Dahal did not mention about estranged leader Baburam Bhattarai. No media persons were allowed in the party’s private training programme.
